Great large suite!

Unfortunately, the pool was closed during my stay, which was disappointing. I found several rooms on the first floor that had various issues like ants and air conditioning problems, making it tedious to settle in. Water damage on the first floor created an unpleasant smell, and some furniture, like the torn desk chairs, felt outdated. It was a challenge to find a clean room that met basic standards. I also noticed a general lack of upkeep in common areas, which could be off-putting for some guests.

The location was convenient for our needs.

Our stay was disappointing from start to finish. The hotel felt outdated and neglected, with peeling wallpaper and old furniture that looked like it hadn't been replaced in years. The cleanliness was also concerning. there were bugs in the corners of the room and stains on the carpet that made us feel uneasy during our stay.

I had a wonderful stay at Country Inn & Suites By Radisson, Shelby, Nc! The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, always making us feel welcome. The room was clean and comfortable, with a cozy corner perfect for relaxing after a long day. The breakfast was a delightful surprise, with a variety of options that made our mornings great.

The common areas could use some updating.

I stayed here 4 nights and it was a decent experience. The best part was definitely the staff. They were always ready to help, and I felt like I could count on them when I needed something. It was nice to have fresh coffee available anytime, which got me going each morning.

It wasn’t inexpensive, but it was still acceptable for the quality you got.

Just a perfect match for strolling around in Shelby with good value. I appreciated the delicious fresh decaf made by the check-in manager. Make sure to explore nearby restaurants for a great meal.

Had a great time with friends! We explored the Don Gibson Theatre and hiked Kings Mountain State Park. The hotel was cozy with a fridge and HBO, perfect for downtime. Plus, the breakfast was a highlight with plenty of options to kickstart our mornings.

One downside was I found my room infested with ants on the second night. The night clerk wasn’t very helpful and just offered insecticide. Not the best experience.

I stayed in the King Room with Sofa Bed for 2 nights. The room was clean and super comfy, just what I needed after a long day. Loved having a cozy corner to relax. The bathroom was decent too, nothing too fancy but functional. I didn’t have any issues at all—everything worked well. Slept like a rock!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, with the staff being extremely pleasant and the rooms exceptionally clean, which made my city explorations all the more enjoyable. plus, being just a short walk away from places like the International Lineman's Museum and those lovely parks makes it a prime spot for anyone looking to take leisurely strolls or soak in the local scenery.
